Notes:

• "Standalone WHOI server" is defined as a copy of the SIO server that has been modified sufficiently to ingest a test WHOI cruise CD's discovery and dublin core metadata attributes but probably not much other metadata. A simple query referencing this metadata should be possible.
• "Test initital cruise regression" involves a very rough integration of an existing WHOI cruise CD into the existing structure. It is expected that much of the metadata
• "Geobrowser access to both" is a prototype that is capable of displaying data snapshots and providing access to both WHOI and SIO cruise metadata and data via the system.
