Build an SIO Explorer Type Server at WHOI based on a copy of the server at SIO.

Notes:

• "Install WHOI Server" includes two subsubtasks: to replicate siox on the whoi server hardware and then to morph the siox version to a whoi version by modifying the harvesting routines to ingest a recent WHOI shipboard data CD.
• "Test initital cruise regression" involves a very rough integration of an existing WHOI cruise CD into the existing structure. It is expected that much of the metadata
• "Determine Archive Backup Strategy" deals with the design of a scheme to mirror the archive sufficiently to protect it -- and to do this in a way that is compatible with existing bandwidth requirements.
